Admissions at St. Mary’s Secondary School
A girl must be 5+ years old to get admitted in Grade 1st at this institution in the existing year. Registration forms will be issued on which the date for the Entrance Test will be specified on the fixed date by the Principal. The Birth Certificate must be produced with the Application form.
The birth date will not change once it is entered. From another school, the student can get into this institution with the Transfer Certificate. Entrance Test is also mandatory. The ultimate decision with consideration to admission rests with the Principal.
Recommendations are not considered and Donation not accepted
This institution must receive a monthly letter notification in advance of discontinuance from Tuition Fees & Bus for both these items will be charged for one month previous to the departure of a student from school.
Transfer Certificates will not be issued until fees have been paid. The school year starts in April & ends in March. At this institution, the winter holidays will be in December & January. Also, Holidays will be given in October or November for the events of Dasain & Diwali.
Fees & Regulations at St. Mary’s Secondary School
- At this institution, the fees from Grades 1st to 10th will be collected by all the branches of Himalayan Bank Ltd of Kathmandu Valley while the students of Grades 11th & 12th will pay their fees in the Nepal Investment Bank in Durbar Marg.
- Parents are liberated to make a monthly payment or installment of the fees which must be paid on the 20th of every month according to the English Calendar excluding the last bill of the year which must be paid before the Final Exams.
- No decrease in Tuition or Bus fees is made for nonappearance or out-of-order periods
- Student must be reserved if the fees are not paid for 2 months
- Tuition & Computer fees are charged for 12 months
- Bus fees are charged for the 11 months

This institution follows the National Curriculum for grades 1st to 10th. After the end of Grade 10th, the students are enabling for their Secondary Education Examination arranged by the Ministry of Education. The subjects at this school are:
