The 620 acres campus of this university is situated in the North-Western part of the city of Aachen. There are two core areas of this university which are Midtown & Melaten District. The Main building Super C Center of the students & Karman Hall are almost 500m away from the city center with Aachen Cathedral, the Audimax & the main refectory are 200 m.
In 2017, a new building called the Central Auditorium for Research & Learning was opened. It offers almost 4,000 students space. Currently, this university is expanding in the City Center & Melaten District. The new central service building Super C was opened in 2008.
